Job description

As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for researching, calling, and establishing new relationships with the business alliance, referral groups, and clients.

Must be great on the phone, have excellent communication, written, and organizational skills, and be comfortable in a time-critical environment.

Must be goal-oriented and meet the minimum requirements of calls and meetings per account.

You must be a self-starter, self-motivated, team player who can prioritize daily duties.

• Have a consultative approach to understand the client's pain points and suggest, with the help of our VP of Operation, a solution approach.
• Working in a team-centered environment where continuous learning is your day-to-day.
• Learn in a timely manner about our company as well as the account you will be assigned to.
• Become well versed with our Algotith Platform and procedures.
• Make the required outbound calls per account, per day.
• Meet the required meetings per week per account.
• Data entry per connection per account.
• Attend our weekly sales / customer service workshop.
• Obtain Product knowledge through our training program.
• Develop and manage relationships with our clients and business alliances.
• Collaborate with our VP of Operation, VP of Administration, and Sales to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
• Soft sales skills.
• Maintain weekly reports of activities per account.
• Consult clients on a weekly basis.

• 1 year experience in Customer Service or Business to Business client support
• 1 year experience in cold calling Business to Business
• Excellent Customer Service skills : Active listening; Clear Communication; Confort Multitasking; Attention to detail; Attentiveness; Collaboration
• Must be well-spoken
• Professional style
• Excellent and professional writing skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Experienced in using computer software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Adaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style
• Good sales closer
• Motivated to handle a high volume of outbound volume each day leading to positive client outcomes

• Bachelor's Degree in finance preferred
• Some college Business, Finance, or Accounting course
• Some knowledge of Financial Terms
• Must be proficient in English

• Work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with 1 hr break
• No work on Weekends

$12, - $16, per month based on experience.

Qualify for commission after three months.
