About the role

As FP&A Associate Director you will serve as a strategic finance partner for a $4B business, providing financial insights, planning and analysis to drive performance and support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts and long‑range planning for the $4B business.
  • Consolidating inputs from 11 sub‑business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Developing scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing executive‑level presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business‑unit leaders, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with operations, sales and corporate finance teams.
  • Driving alignment between sub‑business units and overall North America CHVAC strategy.
  • Enhancing FP&A processes, tools and reporting for scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
  • Championing best practices in financial planning and analysis across the organization.
Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative and strategic thinkers.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:

  • MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA).
  • Experience in a large complex multi‑business unit organization.
  • Knowledge of ERP and financial planning systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.).
