Formación

We are a niche distribution company based in San Diego, California, specializing in providing high-quality pneumatic tools to the _maquiladora_ (manufacturing / assembly plant) industry of Baja California.
Established in, we are very small, family owned, husband and wife led company with deep ties to the border and Mexico.

We specialize in air tools for critical processes involving torque controlled assembly, sanding, grinding, routing, lifting, pumping, and more.
Our strength lies in our advanced technical knowledge and the ability to offer flexible supply chain solutions that improve the flow of indirect materials to our clients south of the border.
We directly distribute world class industrial brands (no intermediaries) guaranteeing our clients access to the best quality products and lowest pricing on the market.
Brands represented include Ingersoll Rand, Cleco, Dotco, Apex, Chicago Pneumatic, Walter, CS Unitec, Pferd Abrasives and many more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Create and implement a strategic growth plan for Baja California.
  • Strategic Relationships: Meet with Manufacturing Engineers, Production and Maintenance Managers, and MRO Buyers to establish long-term business relationships.
  • Coordination and Demonstrations with Suppliers: Organize on site equipment demonstrations with the support of our suppliers to close deals.
  • Account Management: Identify weaknesses in the client's supply chain and propose solutions to help them with their sourcing needs.
  • Utilize our large assortment of technology vendors to bridge gaps in our customers supply chains.
  • Internal Support: Actively collaborate and communicate with our internal Customer Service team (quotes, orders, follow-up).
  • Training and Reporting: Attend monthly meetings and training sessions in San Diego and report weekly activities in a CRM system.
Essential Requirements
  • Education: Completed university degree (Engineering or Business degrees are preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the _maquiladora_ industry or industrial distribution (MRO).
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to think "outside the box" and focus on problem-solving.
    • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of power tools, industrial supplies (MRO), and assembly concepts.
    • Attitude: Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine interest in developing a long‑term career.
