A client services company in Mexico is seeking a Client Support Lead to manage client interactions, ensuring a professional experience through various communication channels. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a support role and excellent English communication skills. Tech savvy with essential tools like Gmail and Google Spreadsheets is preferred, and a proactive approach to client issues is necessary.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience as a Customer Success Manager or support role.
- Excellent or Neutral accent.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Tech savvy but not IT Level savvy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients.
- Leverage communication channels to provide timely support.
- Take immediate action on client escalations.
- Provide support for onboarding new clients.
- Act as an outbound representative for clients.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues.
