A full-service insurance agency based in California is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Consultant specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance. The role involves client communication, policy servicing, and sales growth. Ideal candidates should have experience in the insurance industry and preferably hold a California Property & Casualty license. This full-time position offers a salary of $7 to $8 per hour plus commission, with a work schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm PDT.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Active and valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred.
• Proven proficiency with agency management systems and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the carrier for claims support.
