We are a U.S. based air quality company expanding rapidly nationwide through new franchise locations.

We are looking for a call center Supervisor that can help us oversee the employees' performance for our customer service and sales department.

Must have strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and guide our employees to submit valuable work and stay productive.

Work closely with franchise owners, and General Manager.

This is a permanent home office position.

• Train new hires.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Report to HR and senior management.
• Evaluate performance and providing feedback.
• Help resolve employee issues, and customer disputes.
• Discipline employees keep them focused on productive job activities and maintains a level playing field.
• Control the overall performance of the organization by recording the actual performance of each department by, checking the progress of work, finding anomalies or deviations in the process and if not independently solved then reporting to the top management about the deviations.
• Implement the plans and policies of the management.
• Ensure that workers are appropriately instructed and motivated to accomplish the targets and perform effectively and efficiently.
