A digital marketing company based in Mexico is looking for a Junior Media Buyer Analyst to execute and monitor paid media campaigns across various platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in paid media with proven skills in campaign optimization using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager. This fully remote role offers a USD salary and opportunities for annual bonuses based on performance.

You’ll be responsible for the campaigns’ execution and launches of all our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and any other channels the business decides to run or test.
Campaign Execution & Daily Monitoring :
Launch campaigns across all assigned channels, ensuring they align with the business goals and strategies.
Conduct daily account reviews to verify proper segmentation, traffic performance, and data accuracy across platforms such as GA4 and Triple Whale.
Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain optimal campaign performance.
Ad and Creative QA :
Review all ads and creatives prior to launching campaigns to ensure they are error‑free, including offer details and editing accuracy.
Attention to Detail in Implementation :
Ensure precise use of tags, UTMs, and naming conventions to maintain campaign structure and data integrity.
Collaboration on Reporting and Insights :
Assist in creating reports and presentations (e.g., decks) to share campaign insights, performance, and learnings with Growth Marketers and the Acquisition Manager.
Support in Testing and Experimentation :
Collaborate with the team to explore innovative ways to optimize paid media performance.
At least 1 year of experience in paid media.
Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful paid media campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms: Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Looker, Excel, Tableau, Triple Whale and other visualization tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders.
Problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex, technical challenges.
