A diverse remote construction company is looking for a long-term, full-time team member to support various departments through data analysis, scheduling, and activity tracking. Candidates should multitask effectively, manage databases, and communicate proficiently in English. This role requires availability of over 35 hours per week during Pacific business hours. Overview of the Role

The position is long-term and full time, in the execution of general tasks to support several Ergeon departments.

You will be part of the company's Construction Team, where you will have the opportunity to work on data analysis, scheduling, and tracking activities to support Delivery, Sales, Engineering, and Growth Teams.

You will have the opportunity to work on a team with people from all over the world and to participate in new projects and initiatives, as we are a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule installations and manage installer calendars
Desired Skills and Experience
Must-Have
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to update databases and spreadsheets
  • Be able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
  • Be Available 35+ hours per week, mostly during business hours Pacific Coast time zone
Nice to have
  • Ideally located in Central or South America
  • Excel Proficiency
