You will be responsible for managing Facility services, ensuring quality delivery, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and Spanish, along with 2-5 years of experience in Facility roles within a retail environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage suppliers, and optimize budgets for store operations while engaging in occasional business travel within Mexico.
Formación
2–5 years of experience in Facility-related roles within a retail environment.
Ability to create and improve complex processes while identifying risks.
Flexibility for occasional business travel within Mexico.
Responsabilidades
Secure Facility service delivery and maintain operational excellence.
Monitor service quality through continuous contractual compliance.
Create and maintain comprehensive Facility plans for maintenance needs.
Conocimientos
Full proficiency in English and Spanish
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Experience in Facility-related roles
Comfort managing external suppliers
