A real estate investment company is hiring a Lead Manager to manage leads and drive property acquisitions. This full-time role requires proven sales experience in real estate, proficiency in Zoho CRM, and fluency in both English and Spanish. You will engage with potential sellers, handle outbound and inbound leads, and ensure effective communication throughout the sales process. Formación

  • Proven sales experience with a background in real estate strongly preferred.
  • Experience with both cold and warm calling in high-volume environments.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in the use of Zoho CRM and basic computer literacy.
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic aligned with our core values.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and qualify outbound and inbound leads to drive property acquisitions.
  • Engage actively with potential sellers to assess their needs and readiness to sell.
  • Handle both cold and warm calling to generate new leads and maintain relationships with current prospects.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to track and manage client interactions and lead statuses.
  • Ensure consistent follow‑up on leads, converting potential opportunities into successful deals.
