Indirect Material and Services Senior Buyer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indirect Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. In this position, you will lead the sourcing and purchasing of indirect goods and services across multiple categories and CAPEX. These include, but are not limited to: MRO, Presetting, Engineering, Projects, Packaging, and Facilities.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and agreements
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency
• Ensure supplier performance and compliance

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and experience in indirect procurement.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field

  Minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing

  Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience managing complex supplier relationships and contracts

• Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa) is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Fluent in English;

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution processes
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices
• Analyze spend data and prepare reports to support procurement decisions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues as needed
