Kautex is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the team at the Puebla plant, in a dynamic way. The role is an HR generalist, with special projects and Center of Excellence responsibilities as assigned.
This position will provide generalHR support as a key member of the Puebla and Americas HR team. The primary customer population is a mix of professionals and hourly employees, including union populations. Unique to this role is the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of HR activities and COE responsibilities through owning processes, leading/participating in projects and working with a dynamic collaborative team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
