This role requires strong accounting skills, a good understanding of payroll taxes, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The position offers remote work flexibility within the Monterrey metropolitan area and requires at least 1 year of payroll processing experience in an American multinational company.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in general accounting and 1 year in payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and social security calculations.
• Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and filters.

Responsabilidades

• Coordination with the payroll processing vendor for employee payments.
• Ensure compliance with payroll taxation and audits.
• Prepare and send reports to Corporate in English.
