The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience and knowledge of Mexican labor laws, along with strong analytical skills and fluency in both English and Spanish. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT).
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Promote internal mobility.
  • Administer climate / NPS surveys.
  • Design engagement and retention activities.

  • Review external salary competitiveness.
  • Advise on variable compensation.
  • Collaborate on benefits plans.

The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. In your daily job you will :

  • Manage HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Coordinate health and safety programs.
  • Drive physical and emotional well-being initiatives.
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT).
