Primary Accountabilities:
Administrative (80%)
- Coupon Verification/Validation Barcode Testing
- Offer Entry/Offer Edit
- Counterfeit Offer Confirmation with Client
- Rebate File Review
- Responsible for running assigned reports across Clients to include such items as:
- Month end reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly custom reporting
- Standard reports requested by client
- Manage and monitor Client Reporting Deadlines
Analytical (20%)
- Validate movement data against promotion guidelines and expected results for payment
- Perform daily analysis on Question Mark list
- Ensure integrity of client database by performing database management
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2-4 years related work experience or college degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
- Accurately perform alpha/numeric data entry
- Proficient in reading comprehension and writing in English
- Able to communicate at 100% in oral English
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
