A manufacturing company in Monterrey seeks a Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment for factory employees. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, with at least 2 years of experience in factory recruitment and proficiency in Mexican labor laws. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating communication with local government departments.

Formación

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory employees, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up.
  • Handle daily administrative work of the factory, such as office supplies management, meeting arrangement, and document filing.
  • Conduct external communication and collaboration in Spanish (e.g. with local government departments), ensuring smooth information transmission.
  • Assist in resolving employee disputes, relying on local labor laws and regulations to protect both company and employee interests.
Job Requirements
  • Spanish speaker; fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in factory employee recruitment; familiar with local recruitment channels and candidate assessment methods.
  • Proficient in Mexican labor laws and regulations (e.g. Ley Federal del Trabajo); experience in handling labor disputes is preferred.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced factory environment.
