Job summary
A global leader in BPO solutions is seeking a remote Accounting Assistant to support financial record-keeping, client planning, and monthly reporting. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks Online. This role demands strong communication skills and an adaptable mindset in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting.
- Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day record keeping for management reporting.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
- Assist in client planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
