- Support food preparation following menus, recipes, and company standards
- Cook and plate dishes according to assigned section (cold, hot, bakery, pastry, grill, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations
- Follow strict USPH, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory, food rotation, and temperature checks
- Wash, sanitize, and maintain galley equipment (for Utility Galley)
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Collaborate with multicultural teams in a dynamic environment
- Uphold professional grooming and kitchen etiquette at all times

- Experience in 4–5 star hotels or fine dining
- Knowledge of specialized kitchen areas (pastry, bakery, butchery, etc.)
- Previous cruise ship experience (plus, not required)
- Culinary school certification (optional)
