Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing strategy and execution across MX, CA and CO, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.
Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer retention (B2B, B2C, B2B2C).
Develop strong collaboration with Sales leaders to create integrated Go-To-Market plans and co-own revenue goals.
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations, influencers, institutions, and media.
Localize global brand strategies to make them culturally relevant and impactful in both markets.
Leverage data to drive decision-making and continuously optimize performance across all marketing activities.
Manage local agencies and vendors, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Champion the use of marketing automation, CRM, and digital tools to maximize impact.
Represent the voice of the customer in all marketing actions, ensuring exceptional user experience. Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Education, EdTech, Consumer, or Digital industries.
Proven experience in leading marketing strategies in multicultural, matrixed environments.
Strong background in performance marketing , content strategy, events, and partnerships.
High business acumen and a data-driven mindset .
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working across different countries, time zones, and cultures.Fully fluent in Spanish and English . Portuguese is a plus.
