How You Will Make An Impact
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
  • Proactively generate new group business to maximize revenue and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new group business through proactive sales strategies, driving room and event revenue to exceed sales and lead generation goals.
  • Develop and execute business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future market trends to capture the maximum amount of group revenue.
  • Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, client meetings, tradeshows, and customer events.
  • Develop and execute business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future market trends to capture the maximum amount of group revenue.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of business opportunities aligned with both short- and long-term objectives for the hotels.
  • Coordinate customer specifications via Delphi FDC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Hilton standards.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
  • Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales and internal partners to secure business opportunities.
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in order to achieve the hotels' financial goals and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Represent the hotel in all client interactions, including preparing proposals, conducting site inspections, and executing contracts.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of hotel sales or hospitality-related experience.
  • Demonstrated success in group sales, with strong prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Travel - likely 50% or more (to property/industry events)
It Would Be Useful If You Have
  • Knowledge of sales systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Experience with all inclusive properties
  • Proficiency in Spanish (written/oral)
