Job summary
A leading life science company in Veracruz, Mexico, is seeking a Sales Application Specialist to join its Molecular Diagnostics / Life Science Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, customer consulting, and improving customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Chemical/Biological Sciences, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Spanish and professional English is required. This position offers the opportunity to impact science and healthcare significantly.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of laboratory or technical support experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of various molecular techniques.
Responsibilities
- Meeting objectives of assigned product lines and coordinating product demonstrations.
- Identifying new prospects and maintaining communication with KOLs.
- Providing pre-sales technical support and projecting material forecasts.
- Maintaining communication with Marketing for product strategies.
