The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience managing accounts at scale with a proven track record of managing significant budgets. Key Responsibilities
  • Own strategy and execution for Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals.
  • Manage full‑funnel campaign structures (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen).
  • Optimize budgets, bids, and structure for scale and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve Google Merchant Center feeds and integrations.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking (GA4, tags, pixel integrations).
  • Create high‑impact audience strategies based on performance data.
  • Develop detailed performance reports using Looker Studio and GA4.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy and visual strategy.
  • Lead A/B testing and rapid experimentation to uncover new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale.
  • Proven success managing budgets of $500K+ per month for a client.
  • Mastery of Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution models.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced agencies or performance‑driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Microsoft, Meta and Pinterest Ads experience.
