The role requires 2–3 years of HR operations experience and proficiency in HR systems such as UKG or Workday. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. This position offers the possibility of fully remote work with business hours aligned to Eastern or Central time zones.
