Food & CPG Sales Coordinator - Order & Logistics Support
Job summary
A food products company seeks a full-time sales coordinator to assist the sales team with order management, customer service, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software. Must be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary and is based in Mexico but can be performed remotely.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the CPG or food industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
