A global HR platform is seeking a Technical Partner Integration Lead to define technical strategy for partner integrations, guide customers, and improve API experiences. This role requires expertise in API architectures, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across teams. You will work fully remotely, encouraging a balance between work and personal life, with competitive compensation ranging from $63,300 to $142,400 USD, depending on location and experience.

Set the technical strategy for partner integrations and lead multi‑quarter, cross‑functional programs that scale Remote’s ecosystem. Own complex, ambiguous initiatives end to end, define repeatable architectures and standards, and create leverage through SDKs, tooling, and documentation. Influence across Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure APIs and partner experiences are robust, scalable, and enterprise‑grade.

Our salary range for this full‑time position is $63,300 – $142,400 USD. The actual base pay will depend on location, skills, experience, and market demand. All compensation changes for internal moves will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case‑by‑case basis.
