We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Engineer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team.
You will design and build modern, scalable systems leveraging Python, AWS serverless architectures, and AI development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
As a senior contributor, you'll lead technical initiatives, integrate with third-party platforms via REST, SOAP, and event-driven systems, and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices and modern architectural patterns.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python programming.
- Proven experience building serverless applications with AWS Lambda.
- Deep understanding of clean code principles, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and event-driven mechanisms.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT.
- Proficiency with Git and version‑control workflows.
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to lead technical initiatives independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and a mentorship mindset.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS.
- Knowledge of Docker, ECS, or other container technologies.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code experience, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with TDD and automated testing frameworks.
- Background working under Agile or Scrum methodologies.
