Remote Customer Success Specialist — SaaS Onboarding Guru
Job summary
A dynamic marketing solutions provider is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to enhance customer engagement in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in customer service, along with excellent English communication skills. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, providing support via various channels, and educating clients on maximizing platform use. This remote role offers a monthly salary of $1100–$1300.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales or customer service.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, tech or service-based industries.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via email, phone and chat.
- Handle customer onboarding, FAQs and support-related queries.
- Educate customers on how to use the platform.
