About the Role: We are a dual-business owner looking for a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to support an e-commerce business and a construction business. This is a part-time position designed for a dedicated professional who can take ownership of key tasks. This is a long-term role with the potential for an increase in hours and responsibilities as the business grows.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Marketing & Outreach:

• Manage and execute marketing tasks, including SEO optimization and Facebook Ads, AI Avatars & Video GenerationI, Woo Commerce, Maintaining and Optimization.
• Conduct influencer outreach and manage relationships on platforms like Instagram to drive product sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for engaging with influencers to expand brand reach.
• Research and apply the latest AI tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts.

Construction Business Administration:

• Perform general administrative duties.
• Conduct outreach to architects via email to solicit project bids.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and influencer outreach.
• Familiarity with the latest AI tools and their application in marketing (mandatory).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks for two distinct businesses.
• A proactive mindset and a proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English with minimal to no accent.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (fiber optic preferred) and a backup power supply.
