The client is an innovative marketing solutions provider specializing in automated customer engagement for the hospitality industry. Their platform combines photo booth technology with marketing automation tools that help restaurants, bars, and hotels increase brand engagement, collect customer data, drive reviews, and run effective loyalty, SMS, and email campaigns. The client’s mission is to help businesses generate repeat customers, increase revenue, and deliver memorable experiences.

Role

The client is seeking a highly professional, fluent English-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support their growing customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven experience in sales or customer service and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role combines customer support, onboarding and education, helping clients maximize the value of the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via email, phone and chat.
  • Handle customer onboarding, FAQs and support-related queries.
  • Educate customers on how to use the platform to maximize marketing results (reviews, campaigns, loyalty).
  • Upsell services to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and manage customer support documentation and SOPs.
  • Lead onboarding sessions with customers, including video calls.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the platform and services.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales or customer service.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, tech or service-based industries is a plus.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality or retail industries is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
