- Ensure customer projects meet required timelines and milestones to ensure customer success.
- Anticipate resourcing bottlenecks and balance the project needs versus technical constraints.
- Manage and optimize the staffing performance.
- Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain good relations with existing customers, act as a point of contact to the customers ensuring projects meet required timelines and milestone.
- Identify stakeholder expectations, conduct meetings, request feedback, and review processes to understand customer / project needs.
- Engage regularly with the management group to proactively improve resourcing processes.
- Fluency in English C1-Advanced (Must have).
- You will earn US dollars every month.
