Formación

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology and analytics.
• HRIS experience with UKG Pro or similar systems.
• Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup).

Responsabilidades

• Configure HR System (UKG Pro) to meet specifications.
• Participate in HRIS system implementations and adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute HR analytics and metrics.
• Support cross-functional HR teams with analytics.
