A human resources service provider is looking for an experienced professional who can prepare financial statements, manage bank reconciliations, and understands fund accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and around 2 years of experience in a similar role. Formación

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to prepare financial statements including Balance Sheets and P&L.
• Experience with heavy financial production and fund accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare bank reconciliations and expense accruals for clients.
• Review general ledger accounts and AR/AP activities for accuracy.
• Produce monthly financial statements and reports as needed.
• Onboard new clients into the accounting system.
• Maintain industry knowledge through continuous education.

Conocimientos

Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)

Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cashflow)

Strong understanding of fund accounting

Experience working with cash and accrual accounting

Around 2 years of experience in a similar position

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related

Responsibilities :

• Prepare bank reconciliations and expense accruals for a portfolio of clients.
• Review general ledger account and AR / AP activities to ensure financial statement accuracy and adherence to accounting policies.
• Produce monthly financial statements and internal / external reports as needed / requested.
• Onboarding new clients in the accounting system.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties required to drive consistent implementation of best practices.
• Maintain current industry knowledge by reading professional publications and exploring on-the-job education opportunities.
• Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and year-end.

Work schedule

Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 CST
