An international recruitment agency is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter with advanced headhunting skills to attract talent for Data Center Engineering roles globally. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and refine sourcing strategies. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience are required. This role is fully remote, allowing independence and flexibility in managing recruitment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Strong headhunting expertise for technical roles.
- Bilingual candidates are considered an asset.
Responsabilités
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Identify and engage with skilled Data Center Engineers/Technicians globally.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate recruitment efforts.
