The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and refine sourcing strategies. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience are required. This role is fully remote, allowing independence and flexibility in managing recruitment pipelines.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong headhunting expertise for technical roles.
• Bilingual candidates are considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, and onboarding.
• Identify and engage with skilled Data Center Engineers/Technicians globally.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate recruitment efforts.
