• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Solid communication skills via phone, email, and messaging.
• Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
• Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

Responsabilidades

• Store and organize documents and files.
• Data Entry: prepare lead lists, transcribe recordings, prepare payroll information.
• Research products and purchase goods.
• Store, update, and collect information through a CRM system.
• Prepare itineraries, book hotels and rental cars.
