• Has/Pursuing Undergraduate Degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum Process Tenure(Internal): 2 years
• Able to perform basic case processing expectations
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert
• Manage internal process escalations
• Ability to conduct the following tasks:
  • Provide support for new hires
  • Supplemental QA check

Back-up resource for SOP update and Training

• Supervise and guide a team of data entry specialists
• Provide clear instructions, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Ability to conduct research on company information to reflect the latest changes.
• Communicate the latest changes to the appropriate Salesforce Account Executive.
