This hybrid role focuses on creating an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Formación

  • Internships or 1–2 years in HR coordination are a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes.

Join our regional Talent Acquisition team and help create an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience across Latin America. You’ll work with recruiters, HR partners, and vendors to keep processes smooth, compliant, and candidate-friendly.
What you’ll do
  • Coordinate interviews and be the main contact for candidates across LATAM.
  • Support onboarding logistics so new hires are ready for Day 1.
  • Keep data accurate in SAP SuccessFactors and background check systems.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
  • Suggest improvements and help standardize workflows.
What we’re looking for
  • Early-career talent: internships, projects, or 1–2 years in HR coordination are a plus.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn HR tech tools.
  • Regional exposure and multicultural collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes.
