You determine the price of the project based on construction drawings and other data. You draw up estimates, investment and cost budgets, taking into account the technical aspects of the project.

Your core responsibilities as a Calculator include:

• You will assess projects for both financial feasibility and manufacturability
• You will draw up cost calculations and estimates and incorporate these into a calculation
• Together with the project team, you will determine the parties involved and the materials to be used
• You will request quotations and monitor delivery times and agreements
• You identify opportunities and risks and always think in terms of solutions together with the customer

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably a degree in Construction or Engineering
• Have at least 2 years of experience as Cost Expert, Calculator or similar position
• Have proficiency in both Dutch and English. German or French is an advantage
