Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and drive our expansion across Mexico and North Latam. Working closely with the sales team to engage key decision‑makers at targeted accounts.

Your mission?

The objective of this role is to proactively create qualified leads and build a strong pipeline for our sales team to convert. This person will play a key part in helping us enter and expand within new sectors by identifying high‑value prospects, generating new opportunities, and accelerating our go‑to‑market motion.

What are the responsibilities for this role?
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and direct contact with prospects.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Make cold calls and send personalized emails to capture the attention of potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective prospecting strategies.
  • Continuously follow up on interactions with prospects, keeping records updated in the CRM.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and proposing improvements in processes.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Job Requirements?
  • - Experience in technology companies, SaaS, software, etc.
  • 6+ months of experience as a BDR
  • Experience in outbound sales: prospecting, cold calling, cold outreach
  • Focus on lead qualification
  • Track record of generating 10+ qualified leads per month (I would avoid including this since it might become a filter for you)
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Respond to all inbound leads within 2 hours during business days
  • Maintain 100% CRM data hygiene for all assigned inbound contacts and accounts
