YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to expresstheir creativity
• Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties andleads
• Develop and oversee the camp's entertainmentschedule, including evening and on-campusactivities
• Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smoothand safe operations
• Serve as the main communication point betweenthe entertainment team and camp monitors
• Delegate tasks for efficient event execution

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swissresidency
• Prior experience as a camp staff member or inentertainment and program coordination
• Ability to supervise staff and experience in peoplemanagement
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills asa plus
• Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability toremain calm under stress
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with ahigh workload capacity
• Experience working in multicultural environments
