This Digital team will play a key role in the bank’s transformation strategy by redesigning and automating and digitalizing processes with an end‑to‑end view. Its mission is to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve customer and employee experience. The team contributes to making our operations more scalable, resilient, and focused on high‑value activities.

• LOCATION: Malaga, Spain
• Relocation is Mandatory.

• Excellent knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Overall minimum 3 years of experience in IT development in general.
• Microsoft – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse.
• Database – SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle.
• Repository – Gitlab, GitHub.
• Languages – Python, PySpark, Scala, PowerShell.
• Other Tools – MicroStrategy, Control‑M, Kafka.
• Knowledge of revision and supervision of data and processes.
• Teamwork with Agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders.
• English level C1; Spanish will be a plus.
• Agile tools: Jira and Confluence.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree, Certificate of Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training.

With Technical Certification.

• Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to explain technical problems to non‑technical people.
• Energetic, motivated and determined.
• Pragmatic and results‑oriented.
