Formación

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant – Sourcing to support our Procurement and Sourcing operations by ensuring efficient coordination of documentation, supplier communications, and internal processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sourcing Department.
  • Prepare and manage supplier documentation, purchase requisitions, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for sourcing records and KPIs.
  • Support cost tracking, project timelines, and departmental metrics.
  • Assist in budget control and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • English proficiency (intermediate–advanced).
  • Experience in manufacturing or metal-mechanical environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of basic sourcing and purchasing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
