A global manufacturing leader in Tijuana is hiring a Buyer Jr to provide support to the Sourcing Department. You will manage supplier documentation, coordinate communications, and assist with budget control. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Formación

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or metal-mechanical environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sourcing Department.
  • Prepare and manage supplier documentation, purchase requisitions, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for sourcing records and KPIs.
  • Assist in budget control and expense reports.

What You’ll Do
  • ✔️ Provide administrative and operational support to the Sourcing Department.
  • ✔️ Prepare and manage supplier documentation, purchase requisitions, and reports.

  • ✔️ Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for sourcing records and KPIs.
  • ✔️ Support cost tracking, project timelines, and departmental metrics.
  • ✔️ Assist in budget control and expense reports.
  • ✔️ Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • ✔️ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • ✔️ 1–2 years of experience in administrative or procurement support roles.
  • ✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • ✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • ✔️ English proficiency (intermediate–advanced).
  • ✔️ Experience in manufacturing or metal-mechanical environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
