You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost. We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the experience of all customers engaging with DoorDash, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). To achieve this objective, the team will operate and execute support experiences.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team. In this role, you’ll support the team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that helps scale our global operations and improve our service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance and Customer Experience to assist in reporting, process improvement, and the development of data-driven insights. Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn new tools, and comfort with working in a data-rich environment are key to success.

• Support the team in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to inform business decisions
• Work on creating and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports using tools like Excel and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
• Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and help provide data-driven answers
• Participate in the demand planning process by supporting data collection and model updates
• Help identify small-scale opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
• Monitor and triage incoming requests in our team channel, assisting with ad-hoc problem-solving to help unlock operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with peers and more senior team members to learn best practices in forecasting and analytics

• Have a foundational understanding of SQL and Excel; you're comfortable learning new tools and techniques
• Are curious and eager to develop your technical and analytical skills
• Enjoy solving problems and working with data to uncover insights
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy collaborating with team members
• Are excited to grow your career in a data-focused role within a fast-paced tech environment
• Bachelors degree in quantitative field + 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English is a must to connect with our partners
