A leading financial services firm in Mexico is seeking a Chief of Staff/Deputy Country Manager to partner with the Country Manager. We are seeking a Chief of Staff / Deputy Country Manager to act as a strategic and operational partner to the Country Manager, driving alignment and execution across multiple business units, including Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Strategic Projects.
This individual will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization — from designing internal processes and managing strategic initiatives, to evaluating growth opportunities and ensuring operational excellence across the company.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in corporate strategy, M&A, and financial planning, combined with hands‑on operational leadership and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $160, $220,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: 03810, Nápoles, CDMX – Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
