A leading communication services company is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead HR delivery and performance management. This role involves overseeing ER case management, driving HR policy improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve organizational health. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years in HR, including experience managing teams and understanding employment legislation in both Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions. Bilingual communication in English and French is required.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Delivery and Operations, this position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring Cogeco’s people strategy delivers measurable business value by overseeing Employee Relations (ER), Investigations, Compliance, and Performance Management for both our Canadian and U.S. based businesses. The Employee Relations Manager leads a team of HR Delivery Partners to deliver operational excellence, accelerate performance and organizational health, and prepare the workforce for the future.
