Customer Service Associate Japanese Trading company

Job Description
  • Monitors all outgoing deliveries and incoming shipments by coordinating with warehouse personnel and service providers
  • Updates stock inventory report of each customer to guarantee the availability of stocks, timely prepares delivery/outbound documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Order, and Shipping instructions & sends to the warehouse and customer
  • Timely prepares delivery/outbound documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Order, Shipping Instruction & sends them to the warehouse and the customer.
  • Prepares inbound documents such as goods received note, supplier invoice, estimated costs, and billing to broker/ service provider.
  • Follows up on forecasts from customers to ensure timely ordering of stocks
  • Processes the insurance application for damaged goods
  • Updates stock monitoring of the assigned end-user, and sends the data to the Sales PIC
  • Follows up on a delivery schedule with the customer to ensure that distribution of services is on time and of high quality
  • Updates the outstanding Sales Orders and Trading Contracts in SAP to ensure the accuracy of records
  • Send the monthly PO balance report to the customer
  • Mail out the invoices to customers on time
  • Follow up with customers on their payment schedule
  • Performs other related work which the leader or manager may assign from time to time
  • Do the stock inventory count and reconciliation
  • A graduate of Customs Administration or any related course
  • With at least 2-year experience
  • Proven skills in import and export transactions (shipments)
  • Good interpersonal skills, and has above-average communication and efficient follow-up skills
  • Highly organized and can apply time management
  • Very good working knowledge of business financial software and logistics
  • Can work under pressure and has an eagerness to learn new things.
  • Able to work in Laguna
Work Schedule

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00
