What you will do

In a constantly evolving world, leading consumer goods companies distinguish themselves by rethinking their business models around the imperative of profitable growth.

Today, commercial excellence plays a critical role in driving exceptional returns. Key pillars of this transformation include data-driven sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), in-store execution excellence, advanced commercial Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives, and strategic eCommerce projects aimed at strengthening digital presence and enabling direct consumer relationships.

These are complemented by phygital retail models that emphasize direct-to-consumer (DTC) engagement.

This is an exciting journey for anyone eager to take on challenges in sales and organizational development while leveraging cutting-edge technologies and acting as a true change agent within the organization.

In particular, the resource:

  • Support the execution of projects for digital transformation in Sales

  • Measure Salesforce productivity, rethink the organization, and create opportunities for best practice sharing across Europe, promoting a cultural shift toward an innovative digital approach.

  • Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to optimize operations, implement new strategies, and develop improved processes and procedures.

  • Support change management by providing documentation and training to encourage system and process adoption.

  • Serve as the reference point for sales tools, processes, and methodology.

  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of transformation projects.

  • Conduct performance analyses of the Sales organization to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

  • Support training efforts by gathering requirements and assisting in the design and delivery of training programs.

What you need to succeed

Must have

Education : Degree in Engineering, Statistics or related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years in a consultancy firm with a PMO experience

  • Gravitate towards training and development programs.

Technical Skills:

  • Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving/ root cause skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a large-scale organization.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Familiarity with reporting systems and commercial control models

  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools

  • CRM systems/Customer experience

  • Sales reporting systems and KPIs

  • SFDC/SA

  • Passionate for Sales

  • Analytic mindset

Nice to have : Knowledge of Qlik
