Essential for store operations, the warehouse operative is responsible for all activities related to delivery and storage of merchandise to ensure optimal warehouse management.

1. Receive, process, and check incoming and outgoing goods.
2. Arrange and label items, and verify anti-theft systems in collaboration with the store team.
3. Sort items and organize them within the warehouse according to company policies and layout rules.
4. Check product availability and restock the sales area.
5. Participate in warehouse inventories to safeguard company assets and profits.
6. Manage customer order deliveries in the sales area during peak times, assisting the sales department.
7. Support product sales by ensuring a good level of customer service.
8. Actively participate in loss prevention measures.
9. Preferably have experience in retail sector.
10. Be a team player, organized, methodical, and meticulous; possess a thorough knowledge of the warehouse and products to work efficiently.
11. Ensure surveillance and organization necessary for item control.
12. Be attentive and serious, with good stress management skills to handle increased merchandise flow during sales peaks.
13. Having an affinity for fashion, especially sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
