We are looking for a Digital Media Planner to join UM Digital team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital media plans ( planning and buying)
• Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities : biddable, programmatic and direct deals.
• Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the clients
• Pre and post-campaign analysis
• Digital media strategy development guided by the digital media partner
• Interact daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishers
• Interact daily and maintain rapport with EMEA UM team in order to manage planning and strategy for our international clients
• Interact daily and maintain rapport with the IPG Mediabrands business units, local and global : Biddable, Programmatic, AdOps and Data&Tech
• Building productive working relationships with internal teams and technology partners
• Analyze research data and media / marketing information; issues and reports information to clients
• Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
• Contribute to new business and marketing activities / tasks as and when needed

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in Digital Media planning will be appreciated
• Knowledge of ad serving / trafficking technology (i.e. Double Click DART)
• Knowledge of ad verification technology ( i.e. IAS,DV, etc)
• Knowledge of the different DSP (i.e. DV360, TTD, AMZ etc)
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Language : Good level of English (B1 minimum) and Excellent level of Italian (C2)
• Analytical Skills
